Annealing Ovens

Annealing is most commonly used for treating metals, but other materials, including glass and plastics, can be annealed. Depending on the material, annealing temperatures range from less than 100°C to more than 1000°C. Class A Ovens

Despatch Class A ovens meet NFPA 86 requirements for processing products involving flammable solvents, volatiles or combustible materials. Despatch Class A ovens comes complete with a pressure relief panel, purge timer, and exhaust fan. Many standard Despatch industrial ovens can be configured for Class A operation.


Heat Treating Ovens and Furnaces

Heat treating often requires processing at high temperatures for extended periods making energy efficiency a high priority. Despatch ovens and furnaces have thick wall insulation, heavy-duty high temperature door gaskets and air that is recirculated through the heater box and back into the chamber for greater energy efficiency.
