LBB Forced Convection Benchtop Ovens

The Despatch LBB forced convection benchtop oven features a combination of horizontal and vertical airflow that offers excellent temperature uniformity. The fast heat-up rates and short processing times make the LBB a top choice for applications such as heating soil and asphalt samples prior to quality testing, mold heating and other drying, curing and testing processes in the materials market.


LAC Benchtop Ovens

Large Capacity Walk-in Ovens

The 476 and 952 cubic foot capacity Despatch TAD/TFD walk-in ovens feature uniflow airflow to ensure uniform temperatures throughout the oven. Composite Curing Ovens

TA and TF Walk In Ovens

The TA/TF walk-in and truck-in ovens are robust for heavier industrial processes at higher temperatures. The TF models are Class A and meet NFPA 86 requirements for materials market applications such as finish baking, bonding and those involving moisture or fume removal. PC Series Conveyor Ovens

Despatch composite curing ovens provide uniflow airflow which delivers heated air from both sides of the chamber for uniform operating temperatures. The ovens can be custom designed for an airflow that is best suited to provide the fastest, most uniform heat-up time for any product.

Despatch offers complete vacuum bagging systems with up to 24 vacuum ports. Jack panels allow connection to as many thermocouples as needed for monitoring the curing process. Mold preparation, including preheating, drying and cleaning processes can also be provided.

A control system is available to fully control your vacuum bagging process. A PC software package is utilized to record all the necessary information relating to your thermocouples, vacuum transducers, temperatures, Hi-limits, user access and all related alarms. This system allows full control and ensures parts are reliable and cured to specification.
