Large Capacity Walk In Ovens
The 476 and 952 cubic foot capacity Despatch TAD/TFD walk-in ovens feature uniflow airflow to ensure uniform temperatures throughout the oven. These models perform stress relieving for metals, steel pre-heating, aging, drying and general heat treating. Maximum temperature is 343°C (650°F). These ovens ship in just 6 weeks.
PTC Top Loading Test Oven
Despatch PTC ovens are specifically designed for burn-in, calibration and qualification testing of downhole electronic logging equipment for the oil and gas industry. Burn-in testing is done to make sure the drill tool electronics can operate accurately at elevated temperatures. In the field, these ovens are used for periodic calibration of the electronics on the drill tool.
PTC Non-Magnetic Test Oven
Companies involved in the exploration for oil and gas need a non-conductive oven for qualification testing of electromagnetic downhole logging instruments. The Despatch PTC oven is available with a fiberglass body and structural supports and is built to withstand the harsh oilfield environment. The oven simulates downhole temperature conditions and validates that the instruments will work properly and accurately.
LBB Forced Convection Benchtop Ovens
The LBB forced convection oven is a work horse lab oven with basic processing capabilities for applications in the energy market. Energy market processes include performing heat testing to electronic boards used on down-hole drilling tools and curing of staking and conformal materials on electronic boards.
LAC High Performance Benchtop Oven
Despatch’s LAC benchtop oven offers additional features and more sophisticated processing capabilities for applications in the energy market. Energy market processes include performing heat testing to electronic boards used on down-hole drilling tools and curing of staking and conformal materials on electronic boards.
RAD and RFD Cabinet Ovens
The RAD/RFD reach-in oven offers a variety of chamber sizes, features high airflow for fast heating, and is available as a Class A oven for processes involving volatiles. Common RA/RF oven applications in the materials market include pre-heating steel, metal stress-relieving and other heavy industrial processes.
TA and TF Walk In Ovens
The TA/TF walk-in and truck-in ovens are robust for heavier industrial processes at higher temperatures. The TF models are Class A and meet NFPA 86 requirements for materials market applications such as finish baking, bonding and those involving moisture or fume removal. TA models perform stress relieving for metals, steel pre-heating, aging, drying and general heat treating.
RAF and RFF Cabinet Furnaces
RAF/RFF furnaces feature horizontal recirculating airflow to ensure exceptional temperature uniformity of ±5.6°C at 538°C. A Class A furnace is available for processes involving volatiles. Common applications in the materials market include annealing and aging steel, metal stress-relieving and other high temperature, heavy industrial processes.
PRVO Paint Sample Drying oven
The PRVO Paint Sample Drying Oven is designed for small batch laboratory testing of paint finishes used in automotive and other high volume applications. The PRVO has the ability to test paints, including flammable solvent based paints, for temperature, ramp rates, curing time with gas or electric heat. Controls are conveniently located on the front of the oven.
PC Series Conveyor Ovens
PC Series continuous ovens are highly customizable for a variety of applications in the materials market. These ovens perform drying of composite materials, curing thermoset plastics and adhesives, and heat treating a range of fibers. The continuous belt design is ideal for large quantities of similar work pieces being processed.

We provide infrared firing and drying furnaces to the world’s leading solar cell manufacturers so that they can produce the highest efficiency cells. Oil exploration companies test and calibrate their equipment in Despatch ovens and fuel cell manufacturers use them to cure vital components.
Fuel Cells and Batteries
Despatch Industries offers heat treating equipment for the growing fuel cell and energy storage industry. Despatch collaborates with major industry players, providing equipment worldwide. Applications include heat treating materials for both the automotive and energy storage industries.
Oil and Gas
Despatch has become a trusted partner with many companies involved in the exploration for oil. The petroleum/oil industry relies on Despatch Industries for burn-in and performance qualification testing of down-hole electronic logging equipment. Typical processes include simulating down-hole conditions for oil well drilling and calibration.
The PTC Series ovens are well-suited for this industry to accommodate efficiency and productivity. The PTC oven is a forced convection oven designed for heating long and narrow loads such as tubing and extrusions. A space-conscious footprint is combined with removable end caps to allow placement of several ovens end- to-end to accommodate any length requirement.
METALS AND ALLOYS
Despatch ovens and furnaces are used for annealing and hardening copper, steel, aluminum and titanium parts. Despatch equipment processes everything from small staples or fasteners running through a conveyor oven, to large metal structural components that are trucked into a batch oven.
Heat treating often requires processing at high temperatures for extended periods making energy efficiency a high priority. Despatch ovens and furnaces have thick wall insulation, heavy-duty high temperature door gaskets and air that is recirculated through the heater box and back into the chamber for greater energy efficiency. Despatch ovens feature high velocity uniflow airflow, meaning that the air moves both horizontally and vertically, offering exceptional temperature uniformity. Adjustable louvers direct heated air for a precise airflow pattern suited to specific parts. These ovens and furnaces are built to withstand the rigors of industrial metal manufacturing with sturdy, welded, double wall construction.
Equipment manufacturers require heat treating equipment for a wide variety of applications. Despatch ovens are used for curing painted finishes, drying solvents and water, annealing plastics and metals and stress testing components. Whether an application requires batch or continuous processing, Despatch offers the highest quality ovens and furnaces with superior temperature uniformity and the durability to withstand the rigors of an industrial manufacturing environment. Despatch has a wealth of experience designing custom ovens and furnaces to suit the unique requirements of our customers.
