TAD3-96 for preheating auto windshields before assembly

An automotive manufacturer needed a large capacity oven to preheat batches of windshields prior to assembly. The windshields require preheating so that the mastic adhesive attaches better to the frame of the car.

The Despatch TAD3-96 Truck-In Oven has a 952 cubic foot capacity and features uniflow airflow to ensure uniform temperatures throughout the oven. High volume fans deliver heated air through adjustable louvers from both sides of the chamber. This air moves horizontally and vertically through the work chamber to be reheated and recirculated through the system. The oven is shipped with unitized sections assembled and wired to minimize installation time.
