Temperature Probe Kit
Allows product temperature to be monitored without opening oven door. A two-channel, hand-held digital instrument is conveniently housed in a mounting bracket installed on the side of the oven. May be shipped as a kit, or installed at Despatch.
Ports

Interior Light
An interior light improves visibility in large ovens or dark locations, to allow viewing of the heating process. This light is mounted in the oven wall protrudes approximately 1.5in (3.8cm) into the chamber

Shelves
Shelves let operators prepare one set of materials while another set is in the oven. Standard shelves are rated at 50 lbs (22.7 KG) capacity each. Reinforced shelves are rated at 200 lbs (91 KG) capacity each.
Base Cabinets and Stands
Base cabinets and stands provide storage area for racks of material coming in or out of the oven. Cabinets have supports for multiple racks. Stands are an open support frame with one shelf.
SST Sheet Metal Shelf
 
SST Sheet Metal Shelves - These special shelves provide more rigidity and flatness than wire shelves, and are used in applications where the product must remain level during processing. Maximum shelf capacity is 200 lbs (91 KG).
Stacking Hardware
Stacking hardware allows stacking of one unit on top of another. Brackets secure top unit to the lower unit.
