Despatch Industries Receives Order for Polyimide Curing Equipment from Semiconductor Manufacturing Company
Minneapolis, Minn., U.S.A. July 25, 2012 – Despatch Industries, the world’s leading thermal processing equipment provider for over one hundred years, recently fulfilled an order for several of the company’s custom, inert atmosphere polyimide curing ovens. The customer is a leading international semiconductor test and advanced packaging service provider, and will be utilizing the ovens in their 200mm wafer processing application.

Despatch’s inert atmosphere polyimide curing tool features an exclusive “chamber-in-chamber” design that reduces particulate contamination and oxygen concentration while maintaining tight temperature uniformity and fast heating and cooling ramp rates. The maximum operating temperature for the oven is 400°C with uniformity of ±2°C.
