“Our success is based on innovation, not repetition.”

Despatch Industries is the global supplier of thermal processing equipment with over a century of experience.

Our industrial ovens and furnaces are used by some of the world's most sophisticated industries, including: photovoltaic energy, carbon fiber materials, medical devices and electronic components. Unlike our competitors, our success is based on innovation, not repetition. We work with customers more closely—before and after the sale—to ensure the products and services we deliver provide oven solutions that will help drive their businesses into the future.

BATCH OVENS

Despatch manufactures a wide range of industrial ovens designed to accommodate a variety of load sizes and production volumes. Our batch oven line includes forced convection ovens, pass-through ovens, inert atmosphere ovens, HEPA filtered ISO Class 5 clean room ovens and Class A ovens. Applications include die bond curing for wafer level packaging of semiconductors, polyimide curing, magnetic annealing, drying, sterilizing, aging, reliability testing, wafer-level burn-in and other process critical procedures.

LABORATORY OVENS/ BENCH-TOP OVENS.
Because of their small footprint and unique, stackable design, a laboratory oven/bench-top oven is perfect in areas where space is at a premium such as laboratories and clean rooms.

REACH-IN OVEN.

Our reach-in ovens are ergonomically designed for easy loading and unloading. Cabinets are floor-mounted, have efficient footprints and range in size from .11 to 2.7 cubic meters.

BURN-IN CHAMBER.

Our stackable burn-in chambers offer maximum flexibility for small lot qualification testing, reliability testing and R&D. They are available in air and nitrogen atmosphere configurations.

WALK-IN OVEN AND TRUCK-IN OVEN.

Ranging in sizes up to 70.79 cubic meters our walk-in ovens and truck-in ovens can accommodate a wide variety of process and product needs. They are suitable for loading manually or by forklift.

CONTINUOUS OVEN

For high-volume, repeatable applications, Despatch continuous ovens offer conveyor widths from 46 to 91 centimeters with electric or gas heat.

SMALL CONTINUOUS OVENS.

These ovens are ideal for applications such as drying/curing electronic components and circuit boards, curing PTFE parts and adhesives, epoxy curing and general heat treatments of small parts and assemblies.

LARGE CONTINUOUS OVENS.

Our large continuous systems are custom-designed for a wide range of applications including preheating of components and materials, curing of epoxy and adhesives, bonding requiring heat activation and drying of solvents or moisture. These Class A ovens are designed for use with flammable solvents and volatiles. They can be custom-engineered for special sizes, temperatures, atmosphere conditions, particulate levels, controls and material handling requirements.

CLEAN PROCESS CONTINUOUS OVENS.

We offer several systems optimized for clean process applications featuring HEPA filtration, ISO Class 5 (Class 100) operation and ultraviolet decontamination. Our pharmaceutical depyrogenation tunnels are Class 100 systems designed for depyrogenation of pharmaceutical glassware.

CARBON FIBER OXIDATION OVENS.

These high performance carbon fiber oxidation ovens offer industry leading production ratings and consistent high quality carbon fiber. The exothermic process is stabilized with air flow to prevent combustion. Uniform air velocity and side to side balance in temperature allow the process to run closer to the burn-up temperature which allows increased line feeds and higher yields.

ENVIRONMENTAL CHAMBERS

These industrial ovens feature a wide range of atmosphere, temperature, pressure and humidity capabilities. Our chambers are engineered for reliability testing and part uniformity testing under extreme conditions.

TEST AND SIMULATION EQUIPMENT.

We offer a number of temperature and temperature–humidity chambers with single-stage or cascade refrigeration. Applications include simulation for testing of pressure and airflow, temperature and humidity, emissions testing, vehicle reliability testing and corrosion testing. We offer wind tunnels for testing extreme wind, anechoic chambers and hypobaric chambers for high altitude testing.

ENVIRONMENTAL CHAMBERS.

For accelerated lifecycle testing of semiconductor, electronic, medical and other devices, our environmental chambers ensure proper heat transfer, excellent thermal gradient and the rapid temperature recovery rates essential for maximum throughput and proper test performance. Solutions include thermal shock chambers, fast rate chambers and bench top temperature chambers.

INDUSTRIAL FURNACES

Despatch offers a variety of solution heat treat furnaces, infrared furnaces and infrared ovens for firing, drying, curing and diffusion.

INTEGRATED, IN-LINE DIFFUSION SYSTEM.

Maximize your solar cell production with the DCF Integrated, in-line diffusion system. Designed to meet the advanced needs of photovoltaic cell manufacturers, the DCF System has an in-line doper that features simultaneous top and bottom phosphorus coating and an infrared furnace design that provides tight temperature uniformity resulting in higher yields and highly uniform emitters.

INFRARED FIRING FURNACE AND FIRING/DRYING FURNACES.

These high temperature infrared furnaces are ideal for process applications that require rapid ramp-up and cool-down rates as well as provide consistent quality—as required in photovoltaic cell production. Very fast ramp rates optimize contact formation on silicon wafers with shallow emitters and silicon nitride coating.

These Furnaces are designed for economical operation for a variety of uses including commercial heat treating, Military or Aerospace requirements and Automotive Aluminum uses.

SOLUTION HEAT TREAT FURNACES

Despatch is a proven supplier of Drop Bottom Solution Heat Treat Furnaces with over 150 similar units sold. By providing proven product designs that incorporate state-of-the-art features, full turnkey installation and start-up, Despatch has become a low risk supplier to the industry for this type of equipment.
